Working Hours/Overtime.工作時間和加班：
- Overtime of workers exceed max legal according to the Chinese regulation, up to 58h/month -> Factory should ensure workers Overtime comply with Chinese regulation – max OT 36h/ Months; provide attendance record for Jan/ Feb/March 214 months for review. 加班時長超過法律規定的最長加班時間，甚至達到58小時/月。工廠需保證每月加班時間在36小時內，并且要提供2014年1月2月3月連續3個月的考勤記錄。
Remuneration/Benefits.福利報酬：
- Not all workers covered by 5 kinds social insurance -> factory has to provide 5 kinds of social insurance to all workers or obtain official waiver approval from social insurance bureau; provide copy of social insurance payment invoice with detail record or waive approval from SIB. 不是全部職工參加了國家規定的5種社會保險。工廠要保證給所有員工提供國家規定的5種社會保險，或者有社保局出具的同意工人放棄保險的官方許可。如給所有員工提供保險，就要提供詳細發票，否則就要提供社保局同意不交保險的官方證書。
Health/Safety 健康和安全：
- Factory did not provide Building Structure Safety Certificate and Fire Safety Certificate-> factory should apply and obtain Building Structure Safety and Fire Safety Certificates for all buildings; provide certificate copy for review.要提供消防驗收報告和建筑竣工驗收報告復印件。
- No evacuation plan posted in workshops -> factory should post evacuation plan in each workshops; provide picture for review.每個工作場所都要張貼疏散圖，請提供所有場所張貼后的圖片。
- Windows was not easy to open to get out -> factory should make windows open smoothly; provide picture for review.要保證窗戶容易開啟并暢通。請提供窗戶開啟和暢通狀態的照片。
- factory’s one extinguisher was out of validity date -> factory should make verification of all Firefighting facilities by special nominated person and ensure its correct functionality; provide picture of regular check record and extinguishers validity date.要指定專人負責消防器材的管理，并保證消防器材處于正?？捎脿顟B。請提供照片顯示定期進行消防器材檢驗的記錄和滅火器在有效使用期內。
- Firefight facilities were blocked by material or sewing machines -> factory should unblock fire fight facilities in order better accessibility; provide picture for review.消防設備被物料和縫紉機擋住了。要保證所有的消防設備不被阻擋。
- No fire and smoke detector installed by factory for factory building area > 3 m2 -> factory should install smoke and fire detector; provide picture for review.工廠沒有裝煙感裝置。要求安裝并拍照片。
- No water tank connected to fire hydrator -> factory should make water supplier to fire hydrator; provide picture for review.消火栓無水連接，要求消火栓有水并能正常運作，提供照片。
- Electrical wires are exposed -> factory should to cover electrical wires; provide picture for review.現場超過8%電線裸露，電線必須包起來，不能裸露，請提供照片。
